Shelf life : No shelf life but try to use within 6 months for fragrance purposes.

Please note: Each batch of candle we make is handmade from start to finish, the design and coloring may vary by batch and/or bars and may therefore differ somewhat from images shown.

Aqua, Saponified Oils of Cocos Nucifera(Coconut Oil), Olea Europaea (Olive Oil), PEG-40 Castor Oil (Castor Oil), Oryza Sativa Bran Oil (Rice Bran Oil), Persea Gratissima (Avocado Oil), Skin-safe Fragrance Oil, Theobroma cacao Seed Butter (Cocoa Butter), Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond Oil) & Glycine Soja Oil (Soybean Oil), Kaolin Clay, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Skin safe colourants

Storage : Keep it in cool and dry place away from sunlight. Dry out soaps between uses to maximise product utilisation

Shelf life : Try to use within 6 months for fragrance purposes after which the colours & fragrances fade.

Our soaps are cold-processed soaps which means no external heat is applied. 

Disclaimer: Our soaps are made from oils & butters hence they won't be rock hard as most soaps available in the market which are chemically processed. 

Returns
We do not offer returns or refunds unless the product is damaged. This must be intimated within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

Since it is an intimate product we do not accept returns for sanitary reasons.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Children above the age of 2 years can use it. However we do recommend a test patch.
